- Are you left-handed or right-handed?
- When is your birthday (month and day only)?
- What’s your favorite color?
- What is your preferred movie genre?
- Do you know how to drive a stick shift?
There should be about 10-15 questions total, depending on how much time you’ll have for the scavenger hunt. Compile a list of everyone’s answers.
On the day of the scavenger hunt, provide everyone with a list of all the questions, and direct them to take pictures of all the left-handers, or everyone who was born on a specific month and day, or all the people who can drive a stick shift. The winner is the person who correctly identifies the most people.
Be Kids Again
Encourage your employees to be kids for the day with a collection of fun foods. Pizza, burgers, cookies, donuts…and don’t forget about the ice cream sundaes! Just be sure to offer options for those with dietary restrictions. After lunch, screen a fun family movie or play some childhood favorite board games.
