About The Position
Technical Inside Sales Rep
Technical Inside Sales Representative needed for a manufacturing company located in Greeneville, TN. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a Mid-Sized, and well established company. This is a Day Shift position and the starting pay range is $27.00 per hour.
The Inside Sales Rep will hold calls with clients and coordinate with the manufacturing team to meet customer requirements and expectations on products.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations within the Industrial department.
- Develop pricing strategies and approve quotation pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to tailor products according to customer specifications.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to product innovation discussions.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the metals or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with developing pricing based upon variable input components.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), Power BI and MS Office.
- Ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
